Coronavirus Information

UPDATE 23/03/2020

WORKSHOPS ARE NOW OPERATING WITH MINIMAL STAFF.
  • Our online business is still operational and shipping orders daily
  • Both the BRINK and Plush workshops are still open, but with minimal staff and visits continue to be by appointment only.
  • Most of our distributors' warehouses are still fully operational and all the good stuff is still available to purchase online.
  • Sales or technical questions are being handled remotely, we have a new chat feature on the website to help with that, and the phones are still up. Say hello, it's good to talk.

Ride safe, stay healthy

UPDATE 23/03/2020

OUR BARNS ARE NOW CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.

We're still effectively open for business, just in a very different way to usual.

  • Our workshops remain operational.
  • Physical drop-off and collection for new workshop jobs are by appointment only or by courier. Call, email or message in the usual way to make arrangements.
  • We can return any workshop jobs via courier if preferred.
  • Sales for new bikes, equipment and accessories continue. Delivery by courier is free of charge. Collections by appointment.
  • If you're collecting or dropping off without an appointment you'll need to wait in the yard while we make arrangements for you. If other people are waiting to stay a sensible distance away or wait in your vehicles.
  • Everything online is currently fully operational. Websites, email, social media.

We all need to adjust to this new reality. We'll react quickly if any further changes are necessary and keep you all informed if we do. For now, however, the message remains the same.

Together we'll beat this.

UPDATE 19/03/2020

The effects of COVID-19 are profound and unprecedented. In response, the social atmosphere we all know and love at the barn needs to change. For now.

IT'S NOT BUSINESS AS USUAL.

  • The BRINK and Plush workshops are both open
  • Email, phones and websites are open
  • No more coffee
  • No Plush Set-up
  • No shop led rides on Sundays
  • No handshakes or fist bumps
  • Bikes dropped in for repair will be assessed outside, so wrap up warm
  • Max 3 people in the shop at any one time

Go ride your bike. It's good for the soul and for many of us our only chance for some respite in the current climate. We're here to help if you need it. We'll do all we can to keep you rolling. But for the time being, we all need to keep each other at arm's length.

Together we'll beat this.

Ride safe.
