2022 Marin Alpine Trail E1
The Alpine Trail E takes all the greatness of Marin’s longest travel, most aggressive enduro platform to make their most capable eMTB to date. With the same critically acclaimed aluminium 150mm MultiTrac chassis and progressive geometry as the conventional Alpine Trail models, but with a 250W Shimano STEPS boost to take you further, faster, and into bigger adventures than ever before.
Key attributes:
• All-new Series 4 alloy frame with integrated battery, power switch, charging port, and built-in rear speed sensor. The integrated battery is protected behind a removable protective plate.
• Mixed wheel sizes: 29 x 2.5” front and 27.5 x 2.8” rear, with the larger diameter front wheel rolling over almost any trail obstacle, and offering the best cornering traction, and the burly rear setup adding playfulness, while enhancing acceleration and braking traction.
• MultiTrac suspension optimised for the Shimano STEPS system, with coil rear springs on both models.
• Modern geometry adapted from the progressive numbers featured on the 2021 Alpine Trail models, but with a half degree slacker 63° head-tube angle, 435mm chain-stays (5mm longer). Seat Tube angles remain a steep 78°.
• Integrated rubber frame bump stops and chain-stay pad, built to withstand whatever the trail may dish out.
• Dropper post optimisation to let the rider run longer than stock posts if desired.
• 160mm front/150mm rear travel.
Ex-Demo Condition
Bikes have DYEDbro kits fitted from new, these will be included FOC. These bikes have been ridden by customers and staff members alike.... and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
The components are in very good condition, but have been used, and therefore wear and tear parts should be expected to have a shorter lifespan than that of a new brake pad for example... It sounds obvious, but it needs saying.
With that said the bikes will be fully serviced before shipping / collection. You will be the first owner, and as such have a full original owners warranty. If you have any queries just drop us a line or give us a call. Very limited numbers, there is only one in each size.
