Service Booking Information

BENCHDATE

Your bench date is the intended start date for your service. Our technicians aim for a 4 day service turnaround time. This turnaround time may be extended if additional work is needed beyond replacing normal wear and tear service parts. We’ll let you know in advance and agree any costs before proceeding if this is the case.

 

SHIPPING / DROP OFF IN PERSON

Please ensure all service items are delivered to the workshop at least 24 hours before your bench date. Late arrival will likely cause a delay in completing your service. Return shipping is charged at £12 for Forks and £8 for Shocks. If you're booking multipe items we'll combine packaging for the lowest cost shipping option.
