Bike Hire Terms & Conditions

Bike hire is available 7 days a week during normal shop opening hours. 

The person hiring will need to present 2 forms of identification that displays their name and address. At least one of these forms of ID needs to be either a passport or photo card driving licence.

We will hold your identification securely for the duration of your hire period and return it to you once you hire is complete. 

If you do not have appropriate identification with you, we will not be able to proceed with your hire booking. 

We will also note your vehicle registration in addition to your personal identification.

Anyone aged under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The responsible adult does not need to ride, just be present on site.

The hirer will be responsible for loss or damage to the bike(s) and any other equipment hired from us and will pay appropriate repair or replacement costs where necessary. 

All bikes hired from us will have a safety check by a qualified mechanic prior to being collected and suspension will be set up appropriately for the height and weight of the hirer. 

All bikes will be checked over at the end of your hire before your identification documents are returned to you. 

Hire bikes must not be taken off site under any circumstances.

No Helmet, no ride. Helmets are available for hire if required.

All helmets are checked before and after each hire. Please notify us if there are any faults or issues with your helmet during your hire period. If your helmet is involved in any impact, please return it to us for replacement before continuing to ride. 

Hire helmets must not be taken off site under any circumstances.
