We’re a dedicated mountain bike retail company looking for a Salesperson who combines product knowledge with great communication and a friendly, high-energy attitude. Whether you’re a seasoned sales expert or a bike enthusiast with the right attitude, we offer training to help you hit the ground running.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping customers find their perfect mountain bike and accessories
• Explaining the latest bike tech, features, and brands with confidence
• Building relationships and trust with customers to create loyal, repeat business
• Using in-store systems and software to manage stock, process sales, and follow up with customers
• Staying up to date with trends, new models, and industry news
• Managing online orders from website to shipping
• Preparing and staffing in store events

💡 We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a passion for all things mountain bike – you ride, you read, you know the scene
• Possesses a solid knowledge of MTB brands, components, and key features
• Has impeccable communication skills – friendly, clear, and confident
• Brings high energy and enthusiasm to the shop floor every day
• Is comfortable with IT systems – EPOS, CRM, email, and basic troubleshooting
• Thrives in a team environment and is driven to meet sales targets
