Shipping Charges

UK Orders

Most UK orders will incur a flat rate shipping charge as displayed during checkout, however, some orders may incur additional charges depending on the items being shipped and the final destination ie E-Bikes / Batteries or items to remote areas.

If this is the case we will contact you with further details after checkout.

 

EU Countries & Rest of the World

We currently ship internationally using UPS with prices calculated based on the address you enter during checkout. Some orders may incur additional charges depending on the items being shipped and the final destination. Fore example E-Bikes / Batteries require specialist couriers and handling for international freight. 

If this is the case we will contact you with further details after checkout. Free free to contact us before you place your order to confirm shipping details in advance. 

Import Taxes and Duties

For all orders leaving the UK, prices will exclude UK 20% VAT. This should be clearly displayed in your cart at the time of ordering.

Any local taxes and/or import duties and charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Pickup From Store

 

You can opt to collect your purchases from one of our stores during checkout free of charge. Please note that not all items we sell are held in stock at all locations and there may be a delay while we get your order ready for you to collect. We will contact you via the details you provide with your order as soon as your items are ready.
