How to submit a request

  1. Open your BRINK orders.
  2. Sign in using the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Select the relevant order and choose the available cancellation or return option.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps and submit your request. You will receive an email confirmation.

Cancel an order before dispatch

If an item has not yet been fulfilled, you can submit a cancellation request from its order page. If it has already been fulfilled, use the return option when the item becomes eligible.

Return an order after delivery

BRINK accepts eligible returns within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Refund Policy. Eligible items and the applicable return window are shown in your account.

If you are an EU consumer exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you can withdraw without giving a reason during the applicable cooling-off period. Legal exceptions may apply to certain goods or services.
