Choosing your wheels

What bike details do I need?

Check wheel diameter, front and rear axle standards, brake rotor mounting and rear cassette fit. You can choose front and rear wheels independently. If a standard is unclear, check the bike or fork specification before confirming fit.

Where are my spoke lengths, and which length do I use?

Once your wheel choices and bike standards are checked, step 03, Spokes and finish, shows the selected spoke length and count for each side. Step 05, Review, shows them again. The bold length is the manufactured length selected for your build; the smaller Calculated figure is the geometric result. Left and right are viewed from the rider's position. Counts are for one build.

Can I calculate lengths for any rim and hub?

The calculator uses the exact rim, hub, spoke and nipple combinations offered here. If the exact combination is not offered here, its spoke lengths are not confirmed. Check the exact model, wheel size and spoke count; a similar product name does not mean the dimensions are the same. Parts availability is checked separately.

Can I buy the parts or a built wheel?

Components-only purchases are supplied boxed at full retail price, without assembly. Rim tape is sold separately. Built by BRINK includes wheel assembly and rim tape. Extras you choose as fitted are fitted within the wheel-build charge; extras you choose as boxed are supplied separately.

Choose both a fitted tyre and a fitted valve on the same BRINK-built wheel and sealant and tubeless setup are included. Boxed extras and components-only purchases do not include this setup. Check the exact parts, price and supply terms before purchase.

Can I return to my choices later?

Once the builder is available, Save this build gives you a private return link. No account is needed. Keep the link private: anyone with it can open that build. Prices and availability are checked again when you return.

When will my wheels be ready?

Built-wheel readiness is an estimate, subject to the workshop queue and parts availability. Parts coming from a supplier may need longer. Delivery time is additional. Components-only purchases follow BRINK's normal dispatch times when the parts are available. Check the timing shown before payment. Saving a build does not reserve parts or book workshop time.
