Which bikes are available to demo?

We offer a wide range of Santa Cruz and Specialized mountain bikes and e-bikes from our dedicated demo fleet. Availability varies throughout the season, so we recommend checking our booking system or contacting us for the latest models.

Can I try more than one bike?

Yes. If you're deciding between different models or frame sizes, we'll do our best to help you compare options and find the bike that suits you best.

How long can I keep a demo bike?

Demo bikes can be booked for up to 48 hours, giving you plenty of time to experience the bike on your favourite trails and riding locations.

Are there any mileage restrictions?

No. There are no mileage limits on our demo bikes. Ride as much as you like during your booking period.

Where can I ride the demo bike?

You're free to ride the bike wherever you choose. Many customers head to local favourites such as Chicksands Bike Park and Woburn Trails, but you're welcome to take the bike anywhere that helps you make an informed decision.

Will the bike be set up for me?

Absolutely. Before your ride, our team will professionally set up the suspension based on your weight and riding preferences. We'll also make sure the bike is adjusted correctly and ready to ride.

Will someone explain the bike's features?

Yes. When you collect your demo bike, we'll walk you through its key features, controls and setup so you can get the most from your ride experience.

Do I need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred bike, size and dates, particularly during weekends and peak riding season.

What happens if I decide to buy the bike?

If you purchase a new Santa Cruz or Specialized bike from us, we'll credit your demo fee against the purchase price.

Can I demo an e-bike?

Yes. We have a selection of Specialized and Santa Cruz e-bikes available, allowing you to experience the latest motor systems, battery performance and trail capabilities before you buy.

What should I bring when collecting my demo bike?

Please bring a valid form of identification and any riding equipment you'd normally use, including your helmet, pedals and riding kit. If you're unsure about anything, just ask and we'll be happy to help.

What if I'm not sure which bike is right for me?

That's exactly what the demo programme is for. Our team will discuss your riding style, local trails and goals, then recommend suitable models and sizes to help narrow down your choices.

CHICKSANDS BIKE PARK

Chicksands bike is just up the road from our Bedford HQ with a great mix of flow trail, berm lines, jumps and even an XC loop of our local woods.

WHere to ride

WOBURN TRAILS

Woburn red loop is a classic local XC loop for the intermediate rider and packed with tech, flow and even some off piste adventures if you keep your eyes peeled and is ideal for a fast E-Bike lap!

The bike park at Woburn is also worth a visit if you like big jumps however this is generally for more advanced riders although there is some more intermediate riding to be found.
