Burgtec B-Rage Penthouse Flat MK5 Pedals

BRAGE VESTAVIK x BURGTEC. Massive drops call for somewhere substantial to put your feet. The B-Rage takes the Penthouse idea and gives it a bigger 112 x 102 mm platform, an 18 mm profile and a deeper 3 mm dish.

There are 11 pins on each side, including three through the centre, so the extra platform has contact points across it. The 4 mm wide, 5 mm tall pins and concave shape are there to help keep your shoe planted when the riding gets rowdy.

This is the bigger, heavier pedal at 513 g per pair. Inside are two Igus bushes, a sealed bearing and an inboard oil seal, so the axle assembly remains serviceable. Buying Brage's pedals is the easy bit. The bike stunts are still on you.
