A titanium replacement for the shock bolts on the Santa Cruz and Juliana frames listed below. Burgtec uses 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium; the useful choice here is the exact bolt set for your frame generation.
Choose by the set contents and frame together. Sets 1-7 contain two bolts, while Set 8 contains one 45mm bolt. The set number alone is not a promise that it supplies every bolt on every shock arrangement.
Choose your set
- Set 1: one 35mm and one 43mm bolt. 5010 V3, Bronson/Roubion V3, Nomad V4, Hightower/Maverick V2 and Megatower V1. Original references 26-16271 and 28-18289.
- Set 2: two 35mm bolts. Blur V4. Original reference 26-16271; older Santa Cruz applications require individual confirmation.
- Set 3: one 40mm and one 43mm bolt. Tallboy/Joplin V4, 5010/Furtado V4 and Nomad V5. Original references 26-16272 and 28-18289.

- Set 6: two 45mm bolts. Bronson V4, Heckler V9, Megatower V2, Nomad V6 and Heckler SL V1. Original reference 26-22461.
- Set 7: one 43mm and one 45mm bolt. Hightower V3, 5010 V5 and Tallboy V5. Original references 28-18289 and 26-22461.

Fitting and torque
- 35mm and 43mm bolts: Burgtec lists 16-20Nm, depending on the specific frame model.
- 40mm and 50mm bolts: Burgtec lists 16Nm.
- 45mm bolts: Burgtec lists 15.6-20Nm, depending on the specific frame model.
- Use the exact frame manufacturer instruction for your model; the ranges above are not a single setting for every frame.
