Developed by Burgtec with freerider Vero Sandler, the Bartender Pro Vero is a soft push-on grip built for dependable control on rough run-ins, heavy landings and long days riding hard.
Why we like it
The 31mm profile feels direct without being harsh, while the repeating tread gives your hands a consistent contact point wherever you grab the bar. Its tacky 15A compound delivers plenty of comfort and traction without becoming vague when you need to pull hard or catch a landing.
Built around Vero’s riding
Vero wanted the simplicity and connected feel of a push-on grip, but with better sealing, durability and comfort for demanding freeride use. Burgtec refined the pattern and compound through repeated testing to balance dependable grip with enough cushioning to reduce hand fatigue.
An integrated dirt gasket seals against the handlebar once the end plug is installed, helping prevent dirt and moisture working underneath the grip after crashes or wet rides. A subtle relief beneath the thumb also reduces pressure during longer sessions.
The flange can be removed cleanly using the dedicated groove, which can also act as a guide for safety wire. Colour-matched end plugs are made from tough 90A rubber and protected by an overhanging lip, helping them withstand impacts and slide rather than catch on clothing.
Burgtec’s custom 15A compound gives the Vero grip a soft, secure and comfortably damped feel. The consistent 31mm profile keeps it direct enough for pulling hard, controlling rough run-ins and catching heavy landings.
Keeps dirt out when things get messy
