Great demo with the bikes set up prior to the ride to suit you weight riding style peddles levers etc. Chicksands as a location to ride is also really good just a 5-10 mins road cycle from the shop. Plenty of regular trail riding and the park. the runs are easily accessible and short so you can easily lap the same run with different settings.
I'm between sizes and tried one size bike in the morning and another in the afternoon. This turned out to be the biggest takeaway for me as I preferred the bike I thought I wouldn't and would have probably bought the wrong one! Better still nice people, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The Pizza and coffee was good too.
