DMR DeathGrip 2 Flangeless Grips: The Original, Refined
The DeathGrip 2 keeps the shape and mixed tread that made DMR's original lock-on grip a modern classic, then tightens up the details. The flangeless version gives an open inboard edge for riders who want maximum freedom around their controls.
Mushroom, Knurl and Waffle
Soft mushroom ribs support the thumb and forefinger, diamond knurl adds consistent traction across the palm, and the underside waffle gives the fingers a positive place to settle. The result is a secure grip without forcing one hand position.
A More Durable Bar End
A tapered core locks securely to the handlebar using a single collar. At the outside, the exposed core and injection-moulded DMR end cap are designed to cope better with crashes, tree strikes and the everyday habit of leaning a bike against a wall.
Choose Thin or Thick
Thin measures 29.8mm for a direct feel; Thick measures 31.3mm for more material under the hand. Both are 135mm long and weigh approximately 100g per pair.
Three complementary tread zones support the hand: soft mushroom ribs under the thumb, diamond knurl across the palm and an underside waffle that gives the fingers a positive place to settle.
Tougher Bar Ends
The exposed outer core and injection-moulded DMR end cap protect the part of the grip that normally takes the most punishment from crashes, trees and workshop walls.
Secure Single-Lock Fit
A tapered core and refined aluminium collar create a secure fit with one stainless-steel bolt. The slim integrated shape keeps the inboard end neat around the controls.
Thin or Thick
Choose the 29.8mm Thin profile for a direct connection to the bar, or the 31.3mm Thick profile for more material and cushioning under the hand.
