This version uses straight-pull spokes and a 6-bolt rotor mount. Choose the exact axle standard and drilling for the fork and rim, then calculate spoke length from the manufacturer's dimensions for that hub.
DT Swiss designs bearing clearance around the hub as it runs in the bike. Correct installation brings the bearings into their intended operating condition, giving smooth rotation without an external bearing-play adjuster to set.
Keep a good hub in service
The cartridge bearings are replaceable, so a workshop can refresh the parts that wear while keeping the hub at the heart of the wheel. Service parts need to match the exact hub version, with the correct tools and fitting procedure used for the job.
