An enduro race wheel built around a carefully made carbon rim and a premium 180 hub. The EXC 1200 uses a 30mm internal width, with carbon reinforcement placed where impact loads are highest.
Revolite J-bend spokes help tune the feel of the complete wheel, while SiNC ceramic bearings support the 180 hub. The carbon moulding process avoids adding a separate cosmetic outer layer.
A 90-tooth Ratchet DEG mechanism gives the rear wheel quick pickup. This is the standard DEG specification, not DEG DF.

The rim is moulded with controlled material placement and reinforcement in the areas that see higher impacts. It leaves the mould without needing an extra cosmetic outer layer, keeping the construction focused on the riding loads.
