A current-generation carbon enduro wheel built to handle hard lines without making the climb a chore. The EXC 1500 uses a 30mm internal-width asymmetric PURE Carbon rim with Complite J-bend spokes.
The carbon manufacturing process controls material placement and checks the finished rim. DT Swiss uses 28 spokes at the front and 32 at the rear, giving each end of the bike an appropriate build.
The 240 DEG DF rear hub has 90-tooth ratchets and a choice of 0, 10 or 20 degrees of free movement, helping tune drivetrain influence on the suspension while coasting.

The asymmetric PURE Carbon rim combines a 30mm internal width with an offset spoke bed. It supports the tyre while helping balance spoke tension between the two sides of the wheel.
