The current HX 1700 is an aluminium e-MTB wheel built around sustained higher loads. Its asymmetric 30mm internal-width rim is paired with reinforced Hybrid II spokes and a 350 Hybrid hub.
The system has a 150kg maximum system-weight limit, with the rim and spokes chosen to work together under motor-assisted riding loads. It is a considered wheel for an e-MTB that sees regular hard use.

The asymmetric aluminium rim combines a 30mm internal width with an offset spoke bed. It supports the tyre while helping balance spoke tension between the two sides of the wheel.

Hybrid II spokes are designed for the higher loads of motor-assisted riding. Combined with the reinforced rim and hub, they make this a wheel intended for repeated e-MTB use.
