Hold a bladed spoke steady while turning the nipple during wheel building or truing. The Proline holder helps you control spoke twist so that your adjustments go into nipple tension rather than winding up the blade.

Choose the holder by the thickness of the spoke blade: the red option is listed for 0.8-1.0mm blades and the black option for 1.0-1.3mm blades. Use the matching nipple wrench alongside it.
