A carbon rim for a cross-country wheel where low weight, tyre support and a consistent build all matter. The XRC 310 uses a 30mm internal width and an asymmetric profile, bringing DT Swiss wheel-system engineering to a custom build.
Its PURE Carbon construction controls how the carbon is laid and moulded, and DT checks the finished rims to confirm production quality. The offset spoke bed helps balance spoke tension, giving the wheelbuilder a sound basis for the complete wheel.

The rim uses DT Swiss PURE Carbon construction, with material placement and moulding controlled for the intended riding loads. The surface comes from the mould without a separate cosmetic outer layer.
Built around spoke balance
The asymmetric profile offsets the spoke bed. This helps reduce tension differences between the two sides of the wheel, supporting a more balanced build when paired with the correct hub, spoke lengths and lacing.
