First pedals, fewer complications. The Early Rider Belter 14 is a small, single-speed pedal bike built for everyday riding, with a brushed aluminium frame and a clean-running belt drive. It's a good place to start when the riding is mostly paths, parks and trips around the neighbourhood.
Concentrate on riding
There's no gear shifter to master and no chain to oil. The belt keeps routine drivetrain care simple, leaving the rider to get comfortable with pedalling, steering and braking. Short 80mm cranks and smaller-diameter grips make the contact points better suited to little legs and hands.
Kenda Aptor 1.75-inch tyres suit the Belter's everyday brief, while sealed wheel bearings help keep it rolling smoothly. Tektro brakes with short-reach levers give the rider hand controls sized for the job.
Choose the bike for the riding
The Belter 14 is the straightforward path-and-park choice. For a rider who's already pointing towards dirt and trails, the Seeker 14 brings a different tyre and brake setup. Either way, the right fit matters more than buying extra growing room. Speak to us if you're deciding between sizes.
Fit and weight
- Standover height: 370mm (manufacturer guidance).
- Manufacturer-quoted weight: 5.48kg, without pedals.
Standover is a frame measurement, not a minimum inside-leg recommendation. A fit check is still the best way to choose the right size.

Less drivetrain fuss
The single-speed belt drive needs no chain oil and leaves the rider free to concentrate on pedalling and steering.
Small hands, useful control
A 19mm handlebar grip area and short-reach Tektro brake levers bring the controls closer to the needs of smaller hands.
Made for everyday exploring
Kenda Aptor 1.75-inch tyres suit paths, parks and riding around the neighbourhood, keeping the Belter focused on everyday use.
Sized around little legs
Short 80mm cranks keep the pedalling circle appropriate to the scale of the bike, rather than asking small legs to work around adult proportions.
