The Early Rider Charger 24 is a hardtail for young mountain bikers who want to spend more time on trails. It combines a brushed aluminium frame with a 100mm RST F1RST air fork, Shimano ten-speed gearing and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes.
Build the ride around the rider
The air fork can be set up for the rider's weight, helping take the edge off uneven ground and keeping the front wheel working with the trail. Schwalbe Rocket Ron 2.25-inch tyres provide off-road tread in a build focused on dirt riding.
A single front chainring keeps gear selection at one shifter. The ten-speed transmission gives a choice of ratios as gradients change, while short-reach hydraulic brake levers and 160mm rotors provide speed control. Sealed-bearing wheels finish a practical trail package.
Choose by fit and terrain
The Charger is the suspension-equipped choice alongside the rigid Seeker 24. What matters is whether that suits the rider's routes and experience, and whether they can comfortably control the bike now. Give us a call or come in to talk through sizing and setup.

- Standover height: 620mm (manufacturer guidance).
- Manufacturer-quoted weight: 11.56kg, without pedals.
Standover is a frame measurement, not a minimum inside-leg recommendation. A fit check is still the best way to choose the right size.
