2026 Nukeproof Mega - Pro Carbonio
The Nukeproof Mega Carbon has earned its reputation through over a decade of refinement and race-winning performance. Built around a full UD T700/800 carbon fibre chassis, the latest generation Mega delivers the speed, support, and composure expected from a modern long-travel enduro bike — with improved kinematics, size-specific wheel setups, and practical design features that make it both fast and easy to live with.
Carbon Frame Engineering
The Mega Carbon frame uses a blend of T700/T800 fibres to tune stiffness, compliance and strength across the chassis. The carbon layup allows Nukeproof to reduce weight while improving tracking and suspension response. Internally piped routing, 3D rubber protection, and MAX bearings ensure durability and clean, simple maintenance.
Updated, Refined Kinematics
With Nukeproof’s latest Horst-link suspension system, the Mega Carbon offers increased small-bump sensitivity, stable mid-stroke support, and a progressive end-stroke for confident big-hit control. Anti-squat is tuned for efficient pedalling without compromising grip or active feel on technical climbs.
Size-Specific Wheel Platforms
To keep handling consistent across the size range, the Mega uses two wheel configurations:
- S, M, L — 297 MX (29" front / 27.5" rear)
- XL, XXL — Full 29" front and rear
This ensures smaller sizes remain agile while larger sizes gain maximum stability and rollover.
Practical Enduro Details
Tube-in-tube cable routing simplifies setup and servicing, SRAM UDH compatibility offers broad drivetrain support, and a 750 ml bottle fits within the front triangle. Short seat tubes with deep insertion depth allow long-travel droppers across all sizes, and size-specific seat angles position riders efficiently for climbing.
