The new RXF38 m.3 features reworked internals and updated settings, built around the race-proven TTX18 cartridge. This stiff fork is the perfect match for e-MTBs, aggressive trail riding and enduro racing, delivering significant performance upgrades on every ride.
The new RXF38 m.3 fork delivers hard-hitting, dual-crown downhill performance in a single-crown design, with improvements in comfort, sensitivity, and bottom-out control. Bottom-out progressiveness has been increased with the addition of a spring booster, and the system is further optimized for use with volume spacers, giving riders greater flexibility to fine-tune their ride feel. The RXF38 m.3's adjustment range provides 16 clicks of low-speed compression, 3 clicks of high-speed compression, and 16 clicks of rebound adjustment. It features our floating axle design to minimize friction and weighs 2,320 g (with bolts and axle). The RXF38 m.3 is available for 29” wheel sized frames, with four iterations offering 160 - 180 mm of travel and a 44 mm crown offset.
A new surface treatment on the stanchions improves small-bump sensitivity and overall ride smoothness in the new RXF38 m.3. It also reduces wear and enhances long-term performance. The updated lowers feature a gloss black finish and bold new graphics, ensuring riders can both feel and see the next level of performance every time they hit the trail or park. The cartridge-based air spring also allows for quick swaps between air and coil setups when needed. Adjustable ramp chamber
The retuned, twin piston, three chamber air-spring system allows you to completely dial-in the level of progression—from the initial movement, right through to the bottom out. The air spring is cartridge-based, allowing for easy swaps between coil and air if desired.
Improved chassis technology
With the new chassis, the fork delivers ultra-sensitive tracking over small bumps while maintaining Öhlins' signature precise steering and predictable handling—no matter how long or hard it's pushed. The RXF features increased internal bushing overlap and an optimised configuration for 140-160mm travel on 29” wheels (up to 170mm for 27.5”), along with crown offsets of 38, 44, and 51mm. With its updated settings and reduced chassis friction, the fork offers improved sensitivity for greater traction and comfort to conquer any trail.
