The OneUp Rear Hub uses a 44-tooth ratchet drive for a simple, serviceable Boost wheel build. The machined 7075-T6 shell includes an integrated drive ring, while widely spaced cartridge bearings support the axle and help reduce side-loading.

The 44 engagement points give 8.2 degrees between pickup positions. The freehub is sold separately, so choose the OneUp XD/XDR, Micro Spline or HG body that matches your cassette. The ratchet and spring are OneUp-specific and are not interchangeable with DT Swiss parts.

  • Boost 12 x 148mm spacing; 28 or 32 J-bend spoke holes.

  • 6902 hub bearings; tool-free end caps.

  • Freehub and its drive-side end cap are separate purchases.
  • Flange pitch-circle diameters: left 52mm, right 48mm. Centre-to-flange distances: left 38mm, right 23mm.

OneUp 44-tooth hub ratchets

A simple ratchet drive

Two 44-tooth ratchets provide 44 engagement positions with 8.2 degrees of movement between them. OneUp uses its own ratchets and spring, so replacement parts need to match this hub.

Sectioned OneUp Rear Hub showing the bearing and drive-ring layout

Support the axle, reduce side-loading

The cartridge bearings sit widely apart to support the axle. Combined with the machined shell and integrated drive ring, the layout keeps the internal assembly compact and serviceable.
