The OneUp Clip pedal is for riders who want a clipped-in connection with proper support beneath the shoe. The 80mm by 90mm platform is designed to make contact with the sole, while a low-profile body helps keep it out of the way of trail obstacles.
The stainless-steel binding gives 5° of float and a 12° release angle. Spring tension, removable pins and the supplied 1mm cleat spacers let you tune the connection around your shoes and preferred release feel. Those adjustments matter more than simply winding the spring tighter when the sole is interfering with the pedal.
Set up the shoe connection
OneUp recommends its own cleats and confirms compatibility with Shimano SH51 SPD cleats. Don't assume every cleat described as SPD-compatible will fit. Two-bolt shoes are the intended interface, but sole shape may require the supplied spacers or pin removal.
- 410g per pair with four pins per face, manufacturer figure.
- 14.4mm body thickness;26.8mm including the binding.
- 57.5mm stance width from the crank face to the centre of the binding.
- Includes OneUp cleats and hardware, two cleat spacers and the pedal bearing nut tool.
- Sealed chromoly axle with an IGUS bushing and three outboard cartridge bearings.
- Pins can be removed but are not height-adjustable.

Support the shoe beyond the cleat
The 80 mm by 90 mm platform is designed to contact the sole, giving you support around the binding. That can help the foot feel settled when the bike moves beneath you on rough ground.
Keep the pedal profile low
The body measures 14.4 mm deep, with a 26.8 mm overall binding height. The slim profile gives the platform useful clearance as you pedal through technical terrain.
Tune the connection to your shoe
Adjust release tension, remove pins or use the included 1 mm cleat spacers to manage sole contact. The stainless-steel binding retains 5° of float with a 12° release angle, so secure engagement doesn't mean a completely fixed foot.
