2026 Orbea Rallon D-LTD – MyO Custom Edition Ready

The Rallon D-LTD is Orbea’s flagship downhill platform — the most capable and precise gravity bike they’ve ever built. Developed around the OMR carbon chassis and tuned using feedback from the world’s toughest tracks, it delivers the stability, support and control needed for committed lines and high-speed descents.

With 200mm of travel, a low centre of gravity, adjustable geometry, and race-proven componentry, the D-LTD is engineered for riders who push for speed on demanding terrain. Whether you’re riding laps with friends or preparing for your first race weekend, the D-LTD provides the confidence and capability needed for downhill performance.

Frame – OMR Carbon DH Chassis

The Rallon OMR chassis uses Orbea’s Pure Gravity geometry, GravityLink suspension layout and Attitude Adjust system.
Choose between chainstay length (442 or 450mm) lets you refine the balance between stability and agility, while the low shock placement contributes to a calm, planted ride at speed.

 

Suspension – Fox 40 Factory + Float X2 Factory

A Fox 40 Factory fork with Grip X2 damping provides elite-level traction, stiffness and support for aggressive downhill riding.
Paired with the Float X2 Factory shock, the D-LTD offers controlled big-hit performance and excellent composure through repeated impacts.

 

Drivetrain – Shimano Saint 10-Speed

Simple, strong and reliable — Saint remains the benchmark for downhill drivetrains.
A short-cage Saint derailleur, close-ratio cassette and Race Face Turbine crank ensure crisp shifting under load and long-term durability.

 

Brakes – Shimano XTR + Galfer Rotors

Shimano XTR brakes paired with Galfer 203mm rotors deliver strong, consistent braking with excellent heat management — ideal for prolonged descents and heavy braking zones.

 

Wheels & Tyres – OQUO MC32 Team

OQUO MC32 Team wheels (29” front / 27.5” rear) give the bike the perfect blend of rollover speed and manoeuvrability.
Maxxis High Roller III and Minion tyres provide predictable grip and support on steep and technical terrain.
