The Rise SL M20 is the choice for a rider who wants to put the suspension first. A Fox 36 SL Factory fork and Float Factory shock give it 140mm of travel at each end, paired with the new OMR carbon chassis and 29-inch wheels. The result is a trail-focused Rise with room to tune the suspension around your riding, without moving to the longer-travel LT.
Shimano XT mechanical rear shifting works with a 10-51t cassette, while the OC MC22 dropper uses a conventional lever. That makes the M20 a useful middle ground: Factory suspension, familiar controls and the same EP810 motor with Orbea's Rider Synergy firmware as the more expensive builds. Assistance follows your pedalling effort, with up to 100Nm and 600W peak output available in the system.
Race Face AR 30c wheels and Schwalbe Romy tyres complete the build. Pick 420Wh or 630Wh to match the battery capacity to your rides; the rest of the specification is unchanged. The compatible 210Wh range extender is an optional extra.
Standard fit by size
| Frame size | Stem | Dropper travel | Crank | Handlebar |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 35mm | 170mm | 165mm | 800mm |
| M | 40mm | 200mm | 165mm | 800mm |
| L | 40mm | 200mm | 165mm | 800mm |
| XL | 50mm | 230mm | 165mm | 800mm |
Orbea lists these as approximate standard measurements. Final fit and saddle height still need to be set for the rider.

Colours and configuration
Colour names in the selector are shortened for clarity. Caramel / Titan Gold has a matt Carbon View finish with gloss gold. Frozen Concrete / Noctiluca combines matt and gloss finishes. Fantasy Purple / Royal Plum is gloss.
MyO is Orbea's custom-colour option. The colour-wheel image represents customisation, rather than a finished bike colour. Contact BRINK to discuss the finish before ordering a MyO bike.

Assistance that follows your effort
Orbea tunes the Shimano EP810 around Rider Synergy: assistance rises as you put more into the pedals and eases back when less support is needed. RS and RS+ modes let you change the balance of consumption and assistance, with up to 100Nm and 600W peak output available from the system.
Carbon tuned for the rider
Orbea varies the OMR carbon lay-up by frame size to tune stiffness for different riders. It is a way of giving the smaller and larger frames their own balance of support and response, rather than treating every size as the same frame stretched to fit. The illustration shows the carbon construction, not a separate component.
Choose the capacity for your rides
The 420Wh and 630Wh versions share this component build. The larger battery provides 50% more nominal capacity; the smaller battery saves battery weight. A compatible 210Wh range extender is available separately for extra capacity, rather than being included in either standard bike. The technical illustration shows the 630Wh battery.
Factory suspension, familiar controls
The SL M20 steps up to a Fox 36 SL Factory fork and Float Factory shock while retaining mechanical shifting and dropper operation. It puts the upgrade into the parts doing the work over roots, rocks and repeated trail chatter.
