Specialized Levo 4 EVO Custom RockShox SRAM Edition
Comp Carbon Frame. S-Works-Level Build.
This one started life as a Levo 4 EVO Comp Carbon. Very little of the Comp build remains.
We’ve rebuilt it around red RockShox Ultimate suspension, SRAM XX Transmission, Maven Ultimate brakes and a seriously special Roval carbon wheelset. The result is a full-power electric enduro bike with the components, control and finish you’d expect from a halo build.
Same aggressive EVO chassis. Same Specialized 3.1 motor and huge 840Wh battery. Just upgraded everywhere that matters.
RockShox Ultimate Suspension: Red, Coil-Sprung And Ready To Go
The red RockShox ZEB Ultimate gives the front of the bike 180mm of controlled, properly adjustable travel.
It’s stiff enough for a full-power e-bike, supportive when you’re hard on the brakes and composed when the trail turns into a mess of roots, rocks and square edges. The red lowers also make it very clear that this isn’t a stock Comp build.
At the rear, a Vivid Coil Ultimate replaces the standard air shock. It brings more sensitivity, better tracking and the kind of consistent performance that makes sense on long, rough descents.
And yes, the spring is red too.
180 / 170mm Travel: Built For Proper Electric Enduro
With 180mm up front and 170mm at the rear, the Levo EVO has the travel and chassis to handle genuinely rough terrain.
The ZEB keeps the front end supported through steep compressions and heavy braking. The Vivid Coil keeps the rear wheel connected to the ground, finding grip through rough corners and staying consistent through repeated hits.
It doesn’t just make the bike more comfortable. It gives you more control when you’re pushing.
Vivid Coil Ultimate: Calm, Consistent Grip
There’s something about a properly set-up coil shock on a big e-bike.
The Vivid Coil Ultimate gives the rear of the Levo a settled, connected feel without turning it into a wallowy sofa. It remains sensitive over smaller impacts, but still has the support needed for compressions, landings and hard cornering.
This bike is fitted with a 500lb spring. Spring rate needs to suit rider weight, riding style and setup, so speak to the Brink team if you need help getting it dialled.
Specialized 3.1 Motor: Full Power, Properly Controlled
The Specialized 3.1 motor delivers 105Nm of torque and up to 810 watts of power.
Those are big numbers, but the way the motor delivers them is more important. Power comes in smoothly, stays predictable on technical climbs and gives you the support to get back up for another run without making the bike feel like it’s taking over.
The 840Wh battery gives you the range for big rides, long transitions and repeated laps without constantly watching the percentage.
EVO Carbon Frame: Same Aggressive Platform
Underneath the custom build is the full FACT 11m carbon Levo EVO chassis.
You get 170mm of rear travel, a mixed-wheel setup and adjustable geometry that lets you tune the bike around your terrain. Head angle, bottom bracket height and chainstay length can all be adjusted, allowing you to choose between a more agile setup or a low, slack position for steeper riding.
This isn’t a trail bike wearing a bigger fork. It’s a proper electric enduro platform.
SRAM XX Transmission: The Full Halo Drivetrain
The stock drivetrain has been replaced with SRAM XX Eagle AXS Transmission from shifter to cassette.
You get the XX rear derailleur, XG-1299 cassette, XX Flattop chain and SRAM AXS Pod controller. Shifts remain clean under load, the direct-mount derailleur is built for hard use and there are no cables running down the frame.
It’s finished with an SRAM XX carbon crankset, dropping weight from a part of the bike that’s constantly moving while completing the top-level SRAM build.
Reverb AXS B1: Wireless And Out Of The Way
A RockShox Reverb AXS B1 seatpost keeps the cockpit clean and removes another cable from the bike.
The response is quick, the control is simple and the post gets the saddle out of the way when the trail turns steep. It’s one of those upgrades that feels completely natural after the first ride.
Press the button, drop the saddle and get on with it.
Roval Traverse HD Carbon Wheels: Custom-Built Properly
The Roval Traverse HD Carbon rims are built for aggressive riding, with the strength and support needed for a long-travel full-power e-bike.
But it’s the build around those rims that makes this wheelset special.
DT Swiss 240 DEG hubs bring fast engagement and proven internals, while lightweight DT Swiss Revolite spokes complete a wheelset that is tough, responsive and genuinely high-end.
This isn’t just a carbon rim upgrade. It’s a properly considered custom wheel build.
Maven Ultimate Brakes: More Power, Less Drama
SRAM Maven Ultimate Carbon brakes provide the stopping power, paired with a 220mm HS2 rotor up front and a 200mm HS2 rotor at the rear.
There’s plenty of outright power, but also the control needed to manage it. That matters on a heavy, fast e-bike, especially when you’re trying to stay off the brakes rather than dragging them all the way down.
The carbon levers add the premium finish. The big rotors and Maven callipers do the serious work.
Gravity Tyres: No Lightweight Shortcuts
A 29 x 2.4in Butcher GRID GRAVITY T9 leads the way, with a 27.5 x 2.4in Cannibal GRID GRAVITY T9 at the rear.
Both use proper gravity casings and Specialized’s soft T9 compound. That means dependable support, serious grip and enough protection to ride the bike as hard as the rest of the build encourages.
They aren’t the quickest tyres for spinning around a car park. That isn’t what this bike is for.
Who Is The Custom RockShox SRAM Edition For?
This is for the rider who wants the Levo EVO platform with a genuinely top-level build, but doesn’t need an S-Works logo on the frame.
It’s for steep tracks, enduro stages, bike park laps and riders who notice the difference between good components and properly sorted ones.
The coil shock adds some weight. The gravity tyres aren’t designed for chasing cross-country averages. The specification is completely focused on control, durability and descending performance.
That’s exactly the point.
The Takeaway
It began as a Levo 4 EVO Comp Carbon.
We kept the excellent FACT 11m carbon frame, Specialized 3.1 motor and 840Wh battery, then rebuilt the rest with the components we’d choose for a no-compromise electric enduro bike.
Red ZEB Ultimate. Vivid Coil Ultimate. SRAM XX Transmission and carbon cranks. Reverb AXS. Maven Ultimate brakes. Roval Traverse HD Carbon wheels built around DT Swiss 240 DEG hubs.
Comp Carbon underneath. S-Works-level everywhere else.

Built for Big Terrain
With 180mm front and 170mm rear travel, Levo 4 EVO is made for steep, rough, and unforgiving trails. It stays composed at speed, absorbs big hits, and keeps you in control when things get chaotic.
Electric Enduro Geometry
Adjustable geometry with flip chip tuning lets you dial in head angle and chainstay length. Go sharp and responsive for tight terrain, or long and stable for high-speed confidence.
Super Range, Your Way
A modular battery system gives you the choice: 840Wh for maximum distance, or a lighter 600Wh setup. Add the optional range extender and ride for up to 5 hours on big mountain days.
Gravity-Ready Build
Durable wheels, aggressive tyres, powerful brakes, and integrated SWAT storage mean it’s ready for proper riding. Built to handle repeated hits, not just survive them.
