Anonymous 3-stars because this stand works, it's just poorly thought through. There is only one washer to hold the to sleeve/insert (the part that actually gets inserted into the crank) to the stand, but that washer is sized for the larger 20mm sleeve. If your bike, like mine, uses the smaller 19mm sleeve/insert/thing then you need to find a slightly smaller washer to use this stand.
