The Trickstuff Piccola HD Titanium pairs the compact Piccola pump with the four-piston C42 caliper for technical trails reached under the rider's own power. It brings more caliper capacity to the Piccola layout while retaining its predictable, linear lever response.
The distinctive lever is 3D-printed in titanium. Its partially hollow structure reduces unnecessary material, and the textured finger contact area provides grip without relying on a smooth, coated surface. The left and right lever blades are individually shaped for their respective pumps.
Inside the brake, low-friction pump movement supports fine control. Four hollow stainless steel caliper pistons and Bionol fluid contribute to heat management, while steel yoke bolts stiffen the caliper under pressure.
Configuration and fitment
- 3D-printed titanium lever blades with aluminium pump and caliper bodies
- C42 four-piston Post Mount calipers, using 14/17mm pistons
- Kevlar hose with reusable angled pump fitting
- Compatible pad shape 850; maximum rotor thickness 2.10mm
- Choose the listed body/cap colour and front-brake lever arrangement
This is the titanium-lever, four-piston Piccola HD model. It has a different lever and caliper arrangement from the two-piston Piccola Carbon.

Structure and grip, printed together
The titanium lever combines a partially hollow structure with a textured fingertip area. Material is placed where the lever needs it, with a secure contact surface for the rider.
Four pistons in the Piccola layout
The compact Piccola pump works with the C42 four-piston caliper for technical trail use, while linear transmission keeps the build in braking force predictable.
Made possible by additive manufacturing
Printing allows internal spaces and complex shapes that would be difficult to machine conventionally, supporting the lever's distinctive structure.
A fitting designed for routing work
The Kevlar hose connects through a reusable angled pump fitting, supporting installation and subsequent hose-routing work.
