The UNNO HORN FACTORY is a no-compromise cross-country race weapon—crafted with UNNO’s signature carbon frame and a world-class spec built for serious speed. Engineered in Barcelona and shaped by a race-focused mindset, the FACTORY model delivers the ideal balance of low weight, efficient travel, and pinpoint control.
Featuring 110mm of front and rear suspension, a full SRAM XX SL T-Type AXS drivetrain, carbon DT Swiss wheels, and a premium FOX dropper post, this bike is born for the podium. Fast, refined, and aggressive, the FACTORY version is built for elite riders who want every possible edge.
Specifications
The frame is the UNNO HORN, built using T800 and T1100 carbon fiber and offering 110mm of travel through the brand’s proprietary XC suspension platform. It features an aggressive race-oriented geometry, threaded bottom bracket, internal cable routing, integrated rear fender, chain guide, and seat clamp. The rear spacing is 12x148mm Boost and is UDH compatible.
The headset is an ACROS Block-Lock system with 135° steering limit, paired with CANE CREEK spacers.
The fork is a RockShox SID SL Ultimate with 110mm of travel, and the rear shock is a RockShox SID Luxe Ultimate sized 190x37.5mm. Lockout is managed via a RockShox TwistLoc Ultimate remote with a 3-position setup.
The drivetrain features a full SRAM XX SL Eagle AXS T-Type 12-speed system. The crankset is the SRAM XX SL with spider power meter, Q174 spacing, and 170mm arms. The cassette is the XS-1299 10-52T, and it runs a 12-speed flat-top XX SL chain (118 links). Shifting is controlled via the SRAM AXS Pod with discrete clamp. The chainring is a SRAM 34T.
The wheelset is DT Swiss XRC 1200, 29” with Center Lock hubs, delivering top-end stiffness and lightweight performance. Tyres are Schwalbe Racing Series Evo TLE, with a Rocket Ron 29x2.25" on the front and a Thunder Burt 29x2.25" on the rear, both with Super Ground casings.
Braking is provided by Formula Cura X brakes, equipped with 160mm Formula rotors front and rear.
The cockpit features a DEUX XC integrated carbon handlebar and stem combo, measuring 760mm wide with a 60mm stem. The dropper post is a FOX Transfer SL Factory Series with Kashima coating, sized at 31.6mm diameter and offering 125mm of travel. The saddle is a Fizik Vento Antares 00, engineered for lightweight racing support.
