The EX 441 is a welded aluminium rim for an enduro wheel built to be ridden hard. A 30mm internal width supports the tyre, with wider rim edges designed to reduce pinch damage when the trail delivers a sharp hit.

Its asymmetric spoke-hole position helps balance spoke tension across the wheel. That gives the builder a better starting point for a durable wheel, while the supplied PHR washers and Flat Hex nipples look after the spoke-to-rim connection.

  • 30mm internal width
  • Asymmetric welded aluminium construction
  • PHR washers and brass Flat Hex nipples supplied

A more balanced build

The spoke bed is offset rather than centred. That helps reduce the difference in spoke tension between the two sides of the wheel, giving the builder a useful foundation for a stable enduro build.

Support where the tyre needs it - DT Swiss product detail

Support where the tyre needs it

The EX 441 combines a 30mm internal width with wider rim edges. The width supports the tyre in corners, while the rim-edge shape helps spread impact loads that can otherwise pinch the tyre.
